Chennai Super Kings Batsman Sanju Samson scored his fifth hit Indian Premier League (IPL) century on Thursday during his team’s IPL 2026 match Vs Mumbai Indians on Thursday at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.Sanju Samson completed his century with a boundary off Krish Bhagat on the last ball of the innings. It was his second century of the season, his second for CSK and his fifth in IPL history.
Samson’s century was the first individual century by a CSK batsman against MI in the IPL.
