The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad has declared the Class 10 and Class 12 board exam results for 2026 on April 23, ending the wait of more than 5.4 lakh students across the state. The results were announced at a press conference at the board’s headquarters in Prayagraj at 4 pm, where officials shared important statistics and performance details.For Class 10, the board recorded an overall pass percentage of 90.42 percent. Out of 26,01,381 students who appeared in the examination, 23,52,181 have been declared successful. The results show an overall high success rate among students taking the high school exam this year.Along with this, the board also announced the results of class 12th (intermediate). The overall pass ratio in class 12 is 80.38%, which shows a lower pass rate than class 10 but still covers a large number of students across the state.

Students who are not satisfied with their marks can apply for a check. The application window is expected to open soon. In this regard, an announcement will be made by the board in the coming days.Applications are usually made through the respective schools. A fee of Rs.500 per subject will also have to be paid through a challan.Once a student applies, the answer sheets will be evaluated as per the rules of the board.
