Pooja Dadlani, longtime manager Shah Rukh Khanalong with her husband Hitesh Prakash Gurnani and father Mohan Seoram Dadlani, has invested in three apartments in Mumbai’s Bandra area with a total transaction value of Rs 38.21 crore, according to property registration documents obtained by CRE Matrix.
High value deal on Carter Road project
The apartments are in a redevelopment project on Carter Road in a building called Varun. The units, located on a high floor, were purchased from Tryksha Real Estate Private Limited, an arm of Lotus Developers.The investment is structured throughout the family, Pooja Dadlani, her husband and her father have bought an apartment each.Each unit covers a carpet area of 1,511.15 square meters and includes a balcony of 81.16 square meters, bringing the combined area of the three apartments to 4,776 square meters.
Registration details and schedule
The transactions were registered on April 21, 2026. Buyers paid a stamp duty of €2.16 million along with a registration fee of €90,000. The deal also includes six parking spaces.The project is under construction and is expected to be completed in December 2028.CRE Matrix stated that the development follows a redevelopment model, stating that the builder has taken over the project after acquiring the development rights from Varun Co-operative Housing Society Limited.
