TG ECET 2026 Results: Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has officially released the TG ECET 2026 Result and Rank Card today on 29 May 2026 at 3:30 PM. Osmania University has announced the TGCHE results for candidates seeking lateral entry admission in second year engineering and pharmacy courses across Telangana.Candidates appearing for the Telangana Engineering Common Entrance Test can now check their score, rank and qualifying status through the official exam portal. The exam is conducted for Diploma holders and B.Sc.
