As the Rajasthan Royals (RR) opener stays in the spotlight during IPL 2026, Vibhu Suryavanshi joked with two young fans at the airport that he charges money for photographs.Rajasthan Royals shared the video on their social media platforms, showing the 15-year-old batsman having some fun with two kids who approached him for a photo.In the clip, both fans approach Suryavanshi and ask for a picture. He did not refuse but told them that taking pictures with him was not free.
“Bhai, I pay money to take photos, Sahih Bol Raha Hoon Bhai,” (Bhai, I take money to take photos. I’m serious), said Suryavanshi, leaving the children stunned.The kids then came back with Rs 200 so they could click with him.Afterwards, Suryavanshi revealed that it was just a prank and posed for a few pictures with them.In Rajasthan Royals’ recent match against Sunrisers Hyderabad, Suryavanshi scored his second IPL century in just 36 balls, which was the third fastest century in IPL history.His batting has also caught the attention of SRH captain Pete Cummins.“I think he’s my new favorite player. He hits the ball so hard, it’s great to watch. It’s good fun,” Cummins said.“You’ve got to be right on the money as a bowler. If you’re not, it’s going a long way. It’s impressive. He’s had a great start to his career, and yes, I like the way he plays. Takes the game forward.”Suryavanshi has scored 357 runs in eight matches so far this season at an average of 44.63 and a strike rate of 234.87.He also hit 31 fours and 32 sixes in IPL 2026.Rajasthan Royals next match will be against Punjab Kings in Multanpur on April 28.
