High Court rejects Ravi Mohan’s plea for more time

The Madras High Court has dismissed Ravi Mohan’s application for extension of time in the interim maintenance case initiated by Aarti Ravi. With the appeal dismissed, the earlier order ordering the Family Welfare Court to hear and decide the maintenance claim within two weeks remains in effect. The court has also advised Ravi Mohan to seek further relief before the Family Welfare Court.
