In terms of design integration, the CNG filling nozzle is placed neatly under the fuel cap, giving it a factory-finished look. The cylinders are currently stacked on top of each other in the boot. While this setup helps maintain seating flexibility, it leaves limited luggage space. Nissan has hinted that an underbody-mounted CNG tank solution is also in the pipeline, which could further improve practicality.Mechanically, the Gravite CNG continues with its 1.0-litre petrol engine, mated to a five-speed manual gearbox. While the petrol-only version is also offered with an AMT option, the availability of an automatic transmission with the CNG kit is yet to be confirmed.
