Inside, details are limited due to the hidden test vehicle. However, the overall dashboard layout is expected to be familiar. Maruti may introduce updated upholstery, new trims, and additional features. Under the hood, the facelifted Baleno is expected to retain the current 1.2-litre petrol engine as well as a CNG option. This motor currently produces 89 hp and 113 Nm of torque. Maruti may also consider introducing the 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine from the Maruti Suzuki Fronx to broaden the lineup, though its introduction is uncertain. The Baleno has been one of the best-selling cars in its segment since the current generation arrived in 2022, making this update significant for Maruti Suzuki. More details are expected to emerge closer to its official unveiling.
