Actor-producer Jackky Bhagnani has opened up about having Shah Rukh Khan as a tenant, offering a glimpse into Superstar’s personality in between his temporary commute from Mannat.talking about Shah RukhJackky chose to highlight his humility and demeanor.“Look, I think I pray that I can be as good a human being as Shah Rukh sir. The stardom he has – and his attitude – you can’t even imagine,” Jackky told Bollywood Bubble.
“When he talks to you, he’s only talking to you”
Jackky emphasized the actor’s ability to make him feel valued in interviews.“When you meet him, if he’s talking to you, he’s only talking to you. That’s very, very valuable to a human being.”He added: “Imagine that someone is distracted while you are talking, you feel that they are not present. But it is fully present. It could be anyone, but it is present.’
‘He’s the complete opposite’
Calling it exceptional, Jackky said, “He’s mostly 11 and 10.”He also pointed out a gesture that stood out to him. “Every time you go to meet him, no matter who you are, he will personally take you to the end.”In short, he states that Shah Rukh breaks the usual stereotype associated with stars.“Generally, people think, ‘I’m Shah Rukh Khan, I’m going to behave in a certain way.’ But actually, it’s quite the opposite.”
Shah Rukh Khan walks away from Mannat on renovation
Shah Rukh Khan and his family have moved out of their iconic Mannat bungalow temporarily as it undergoes a major renovation, adding two floors.The actor has rented two luxury apartments in Bandra’s Pali Hill area, located in producer Vashu Bhagnani’s Puja Casa building, along with Jackky Bhagnani and Deepshikha Deshmukh.
Rs 24 lakh monthly rent, Rs 8.7 crore rent
The combined monthly rent of the two duplexes is approximately Rs 24.15 lakh, with individual units at Rs 11.54 lakh and Rs 12.61 lakh.The lease is for 36 months, almost 8.7 million. However, the family is expected to stay for about two years while Mannat is being redeveloped.
Smaller than Mannat, but fully equipped
The temporary residence spans 10,500 square meters across four floors – significantly smaller than Mannat’s 27,000 square meters – but is designed to accommodate family and staff comfortably during renovations.
