According to recent reports from PEOPLE, the ‘Real Housewives of Miami’ star’s former partner was arrested and taken into custody by authorities on April 12. He was charged in Miami, Florida with interception of wire, voice or electronic communications, which is considered a felony in the state. He didn’t stay in custody for long, as a day later he was released on $5,000 bail. According to reports, Gildden has entered an official plea to authorities, stating that he is not guilty. Not only that, he has also requested a jury trial.

The report also notes that both Hochstein and Gildden were listed as defendants in another lawsuit as of March. Not many details were given; however, the report mentioned that the two were being investigated for intercepting oral statements made by Hochstein’s ex-husband, Leonard ‘Lenny’ Hochstein.A statement in the report read that the pair “lawfully and intentionally intercepted, attempted to intercept, or intercepted or attempted to intercept another person … oral statements of Leonard Hochstein.” The events occurred between March 12, 2023 and March 31, 2023. While Gildden was arrested, it was confirmed that Lisa was not arrested either. Lisa and Lenny were together for about 13 years, although the two separated in 2022 after officially filing for divorce. The divorce was finalized 2 years later in November 2024. According to the divorce settlement, Lenny was ordered to pay Lucy US$15,000 per month for their two children: son Logan, 10, and daughter Elle, 6.
