New Delhi: Sunrisers Hyderabad fast bowler Parful Hinge recreated a Muhammad Siraj-esque video after SRH’s win over Rajasthan Royals. Making his debut for SRH on Monday, Hinge broke the backbone of RR with three wickets in the first over of the innings to help Sunrisers Hyderabad to a 57-run victory in their IPL 2026 match at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad. He finished with figures of 4/34 after thrashing RR’s strong top-order.Nagpur-based Henge became the first bowler in IPL history to take three wickets in the opening over. After the win, Heng’s teammate Nitish Reddy posted a video with the fast bowler, saying: “Bhai log, whatever brother’s ID is fake. The one where the ID will be tagged will be real.”The context of the clip was linked to an old video shared by Siraj on Instagram. Years ago, Siraj had posted a video that made it clear that his account was genuine while there were several fake profiles. After Sunrisers Hyderabad posted a mammoth 216/6 in 20 overs, with the help of Ishan Kishan’s 91 and Heinrich Klaasen’s 40, Henge did the unthinkable. On the very first ball of his spell, Heng dismissed Vaibhav Suryavanshi cheaply. Suryavanshi’s eyes lit up at the short ball and he went for a wide pull, but keeper Salil Arora took a top edge, much to the delight of Henge and SRH.It was the start of a sensational spell from Henge – he clipped Dhruv Jorle on his stumps before trapping Luan Dre Pretorius, who flicked it over straight long leg. The dream start made Heng the first bowler to take three wickets in the opening over of an IPL innings.Sunrisers Hyderabad will next face Chennai Super Kings on April 18 at the same venue.
