Chennai: Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has extended by one day the last date for applying for scanned copies of examined answer sheets of Class XII students. Now the last date to apply for scanned copies is 23rd May. The decision has been taken following technical hurdles faced by several students who tried to log into the website. The CBSE regional office (Chennai) told TOI that the disruptions were caused by a sudden spike in traffic on the website. While some students successfully applied for answer sheet copies, many were unable to login. Other dates, however, are unchanged. The issues raised by the students will be reviewed and verified from May 26 to 29.
