CBSE Class 10 Admit Card 2026: Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the Admit Card for Class 10th Second Board Exams 2026 today. Schools can now download hall tickets from the official website cbse.gov.in.The board will conduct the second class 10th board exams from 15th May 2026.
Exam details
The exam will be held in a single shift from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM. This time more than 6 lakh students are expected to appear for the exam. This year, CBSE has introduced a two-exam system, which gives students another chance to improve their scores if they are not satisfied with their performance in the main (first) exam. A total of 6,68,854 regular students have registered in all categories:
- 85,285 students For compartment exams
- 5,25,655 students For improvement
- 57,914 students For both categories
Important instructions for students
CBSE has shared some important guidelines that all students should follow:
- Reporting Time: Students should reach the examination center first. 10:00 am. Entry will not be allowed after this time.
- Dress code and documents: Students must wear and carry appropriate school uniform. School ID Card and Admit Card issued by CBSE.
- Restricted items: Only basic stationery is allowed. Electronic devices like mobile phones are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall.
- Conduct: Students should not spread rumors or share exam-related content on social media platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, YouTube, or X (formerly Twitter).
For schools and private candidates
CBSE affiliated schools can download the admit card of their students through the official portal. Schools that are exam centers can also download center related materials. Private candidates can also download their admit cards from CBSE website from today.
