The Central Selection Board of Constables (CSBC) on Wednesday declared the Bihar Police Result 2025-26 for Constable Recruitment Examination. Along with the result, the board has also released the merit list for 19,838 constable posts of Bihar Police.More than 17 lakh candidates had registered for the Bihar Police Constable recruitment drive. Out of them 13,30,121 candidates appeared in the written test. After the written test, a physical performance test was conducted. The last Bihar Police Merit List was prepared on the basis of the candidates’ performance in Physical Fitness Test.A total of 19,838 candidates have been selected through the CSBC recruitment process. 12,509 of them are male candidates while 7,312 female candidates from Bihar have got elected. 17 transgender candidates were also selected in the recruitment process.According to officials, 16,852 selected candidates will be posted in Bihar Police, while 2,986 candidates will join Bihar Special Armed Police.
