Board of School Education Haryana has announced the complete online application schedule for D.El.Ed October 2026 exams. The board has made it clear that all affiliated institutions must complete the application process within the stipulated time, as no application will be entertained after the last date. Board Chairman Dr. Pawan Kumar said that the results of the DL Ed examinations conducted in February/March 2026 for the admission years 2023-25 and 2024-26 have already been declared on May 14, 2026. After the announcement of the results, the preparations for the October 2026 exams have now started.
Reappear and regular students are eligible for the exam.
The October 2026 examination will be conducted for the re-appearing candidates of the admission years 2023-25 and 2024-26. Apart from this, second year regular students of 2024-26 batch and first year regular students of 2025-27 batch will also participate in the examination. According to the board, online applications will start from 21 May 2026. Announcement of Examination Fee Structure
The board has fixed the re-attendance examination fee at Rs 800 per subject. Students appearing again in more than one subject will have to pay Rs.200 extra for each additional subject. However, the maximum examination fee is fixed at Rs.2000 per student-teacher. For regular students of D.El.Ed admission year 2025-27, the board has fixed a one-time examination fee of Rs.4,300 for both the years.
Heavy late fees after the deadline
The board has also issued a strict schedule for submission of forms along with late fees. Applications can be submitted from 21st May to 4th June 2026 without late fee. Thereafter applications will be accepted with a late fee of Rs.100 from June 5 to June 11, Rs.300 from June 12 to June 18 and Rs.1000 from June 19 to June 25, 2026.
The board cautioned institutions against delays.
Haryana Board has directed all affiliated institutions to complete the online application process within the given dates. Officials have clearly stated that no application or request will be entertained after the last date is over.
