Cher’s current residence Malibu
According to recent reports from Architectural Digest, the famous star lives in a stunning mansion in Malibu, California. The Italian Renaissance-style villa was designed by Martyn Lawrence Bullard and offers views of the Pacific Ocean. The property sits on a cliff and features arched windows, landscaped gardens and spacious rooms. The mansion is 13,126 square feet and is one of the largest properties he has owned over the years.It has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, a courtyard fountain, a meditation room, a gym and an infinity pool. According to reports, the singer tried to sell the house in 2022 and 2023; however, after failing to do so, he is said to still be living in space.
Beverly Hills Cottage
Architectural Digest reported that the famous singer bought a Beverly Hills Cottage in 2013. The house is 3000 square feet, and also has large fireplaces throughout the house, as well as beamed ceilings and an overall rustic feel.
Cher’s Venice Beach apartment
Purchased in 2010, this is one of the simpler properties he has owned over the years. A house facing the sea with a thatched roof and simple, white walls. While he bought the property for $1.5 million, he sold it three years later for a profit of about $500,000.
The singer’s unique London home
The star also has properties outside the US. Located in the unlikely region of Wapping, Cher bought a place in town to relax and unwind. While talking to Clive Anderson about his home in Europe in 1990, he mentioned that nobody bothers him there and he can easily relax. Cher also owned a property in Honolulu, Hawaii. Space was made generous at the Four Seasons Resort in Hualalai on the Big Island of Hawaii. A key feature of the space was that although the main house had only one large bedroom, there were about 5 other bedrooms located around the house. In 2019, the property was listed for USD 11 million.

One of her oldest properties, Cher bought it for US$250,000 with Sonny Bono in 1967. The house was designed with the Moroccan style in mind, and was surrounded by elegant and intricate tile work, along with ornate wood carvings.

Another of the biggest properties over the years, Cher and Sonny bought the property in 1974 for $750,000 USD, although they had wanted to buy the space for a long time. The house was built in 1936 and was divided into plots of 12,000 square meters. At the time, actor Tony Curtis owned the house; however, when he was moving to London, he ended up selling the property to the loving couple.
