Jeffy, who is an acting coach and actor, was friends with the late McLean for eight years.Speaking about his suspicions after the actor disappeared, Jeffy told The Canadian Press: “Everything was accurate, and there was no way he’d blow it up or sleep too late. As soon as I found out he wasn’t out on Saturday morning, I knew there was big trouble.”

He quoted: “It’s so crushing, and it hits me in a way where I suddenly think, ah, Stu, and I realize I can’t call him now,” Seymour said.Noting how everybody loved Stewart, he added, “Everybody loved this guy; it wasn’t like he was doing bad things or, you know, running around with other people. I mean, he was a bit of a loner. He spent a lot of time reading and hanging out at his house in Squamish.”He ended the conversation by saying: “I would like to see justice done.”
