UPSSSC ASO, ARO Registration Window 2026: Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has started accepting applications for 929 posts of Assistant Statistical Officer and Assistant Research Officer. As per the official notification, the application process has started today from 21st April 2026 and it will continue till 11th May 2026. It is to be noted that as per the official notification the applicants have to submit their application form with payment of fee by 11th May while the correction process will continue till 18th May 2026. The commission is planning to recruit 929 candidates as Assistant Statistical Officer and Assistant Research Officer. Only those candidates who have appeared in PET (Preliminary Eligibility Test) 2025 can apply.Applicants should hold a postgraduate degree in subjects such as mathematics, statistics, commerce, economics, or related fields from a recognized university. Additionally, basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Hindi written in the Devanagari script are essential requirements.Any candidate who wants to apply should be between 21 to 40 years of age. Flexibility will be available for reservation as per Government guidelines.The amount required to pay the application fee for all categories of candidates is Rs.25. Payment methods include Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, and UPI.The selection procedure will include a written test. However, only those candidates who have qualified in PET 2025 will be able to appear in the main test.
