The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad has declared the Class 10 and Class 12 board exam results for 2026, ending the wait of more than 5.4 lakh students across the state. The results were announced at 4 pm at a press conference from the board’s headquarters in Prayagraj, where officials shared important statistics and exam details.For Class 10, the overall pass percentage is 90.42%. Along with this, the board also released the 12th (Intermediate) results. The overall pass percentage for class 12 is 80.38%.The board is yet to share details about the re-evaluation process. Students who are not satisfied with their marks can apply for verification through their respective schools. Once a student applies, the answer sheets will be re-scrutinized under the scrutiny process as per the board rules. Students who want to improve their scores can also apply for compartment or improvement exams. These exams are likely to be held in July. The application process for them will also be done online, and the schedule will be released by the board soon.
Passing Marks
Students must secure at least 33% marks to pass the exam. Those who fail will get an opportunity to appear in the compartment exam. Mark sheet available online is provisional. Students will need to collect their original mark sheets from their schools later.
