‘Karuppu’ finally hit the theaters on May 15 after facing massive release delays and cancellation of morning shows a day earlier. Starring in the much awaited action drama Suriya and Trisha Krishnan It originally premiered on May 14 with early morning special screenings. However, money and distribution issues delayed the release, disappointing many fans who had pre-purchased tickets.
