AFCAT 02/2026 Registration: gave Indian Air Force Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) 02/2026 will start the registration process from 20 May 2026. Eligible candidates can apply online through AFCAT official portal afcat.edcil.co.in.The recruitment drive is being conducted for the courses starting in July 2027. The notification includes recruitment through AFCAT Entry, NCC Special Entry and GATE Score Entry.According to the official notification, more than 300 vacancies have been announced for the flying branch and ground duty branches, which include technical and non-technical vacancies.

AFCAT 02/2026 Eligibility Criteria
Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply for various branches.Candidates for Ground Duty Technical Posts should possess Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree. For non-technical posts, applicants should have a graduate degree in the relevant discipline.Candidates age should be between 20 to 24 years for flying branch. Applicants should be between 20 to 26 years of age for Ground Duty Technical and Non-Technical branches.The age limit will be calculated from 1st July 2027. Age relaxation will be given as per recruitment rules.
AFCAT 02/2026 Application Fee
Candidates applying through AFCAT entry need to pay application fee. 550 with applicable GST charges.No application fee will be charged from candidates applying through NCC Special Entry or Gate Score Entry.
