Filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani also shared an interesting memory about the film ‘PK’. In an interview with Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Hirani revealed that he once approached him seeking permission to shoot portions of the film at The Art of Living Foundation’s premises in Bengaluru.The director admitted that he initially thought the request would be rejected, especially since the film dealt with the subject of false godmen. However, Gurudev immediately accepted. “I was sure that Gurudev would refuse the request. However, I went ahead and sought his permission. But to my surprise, Gurudev immediately gave his permission and allowed me and my team to shoot at The Art of Living Foundation premises,” shared Hirani.He also said that Sri Sri Ravi Shankar appreciated the film’s intention to expose fraudulent spiritual leaders, which touched him a lot.
