The one who eradicates suffering at its source, the divine force behind the storms, breath, healing and renewal. It is closely related to Vayu, the prana that moves through all beings. Our first son is named Vishnu, the sustainer of life. A sacred continuity with Rudra is created. Breath and strength. Conservation and transformation.
