Singer Shreya Ghoshal, along with her family members Sarmistha Ghoshal and Bishwajit Ghoshal, has bought a premium apartment in Mumbai’s Santacruz West for Rs 20.88 crore, according to property registration documents obtained by CRE Matrix. This is the third real estate investment made by the Ghoshal family in the last three months. Earlier this month, they acquired two luxury apartments in Worlin for nearly Rs 60 crore, according to records.The latest property is in Vaayu Building on Sarojini Road. The apartment is on a high floor and has 2,601 square meters, including a 299 square meter balcony, for a total usable space of approximately 2,900 square meters. The agreement was registered on April 24, 2026, with the payment of stamp duty of €1.25 million. It also has three parking spaces.Giving details about the project, the CRE Matrix report said, “The project is a redevelopment of the erstwhile Sukhada building and is being constructed as a modern residential project in one of Mumbai’s well-established suburban districts.”Earlier, the singer had invested in two apartments in the Godrej Trilogy project, which was being developed by Godrej Properties, documents revealed.According to IGR property registration records accessed by Square Yards, one of these apartments has 2,430.06 sq ft (225.76 m2) and a total carpet area of 2,750.28 sq ft (255.51 m2), along with three parking spaces. The transaction registered on April 1, 2026 involved €1.78 million in stamp duty and €30,000 in registration fees.
