The long-awaited first teaser trailer for ‘Shrek 5’ is finally here, and fans of the franchise have had a lot to say.Released by Universal Pictures on Tuesday, the teaser gives viewers a glimpse of a much older and wrinkled Shrek and Donkey as they embark on their latest adventure, more than a decade later.The upcoming installment will see the return of franchise veterans Mike Myers as Shrek, Eddie Murphy as Donkey and Cameron Diaz as Fiona. They are joined by Zendaya, Saturday Night Live comedian Marcello Hernandez, and Skylar Gisondo, who voices Shrek and Fiona’s children—Felicia, Fergus, and Farkle.

Conrad Vernon and Walt Dohrn Back
‘Shrek 5’ is directed by franchise veterans Conrad Vernon and Walt Dohrn. Vernon has been closely associated with the series since its early years and is best known for voicing the Gingerbread Man, known as Gingy in the Shrek universe.Dohrn, on the other hand, worked as a writer and artist on Shrek 2 and Shrek the Third before becoming Head of Story for Shrek Forever After. He also voiced the villainous Rumpelstiltskin in the fourth film.
