After Thomas requested custody and visitation rights, Willis filed a complaint that this could not be granted, citing his behavior as consistent with “crazy emotional abuse.”Also, according to what is stated in the documents, he complains that such incidents happened frequently when they were in front of their children. He also added that “what became a daily occurrence for more than six hours at a time” was happening even before their daughter was born. However, his behavior worsened after Louetta’s birth.
