‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’, which opened in theaters on March 19, created history at the box office as the film collected over 1300 crores at the domestic box office and 1800 crores worldwide. While the film continues to be the talk of the town on social media, fans are waiting for its OTT release. There has been a lot of speculation surrounding the film’s digital release as there is a change in the OTT platform. Although the first part was released on Netflix, the second part will be released on this platform for international audiences. Worldwide, the film will be streamed on Netflix, in India, it will be watched on JioHotstar. The split platform strategy has sparked a lot of debate among fans, especially after reports revealed that the OTT version will feature an extended, uncensored cut that is longer than the theatrical edition.Directed by Aditya Dhar, ‘Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge’ is expected to start streaming on Netflix internationally between 14-15 May 2026, depending on the regional time zones. For overseas audiences, the platform will release the film under the alternate title Dhurandhar: The Revenge (Raw & Undekha), also known as Raw & Unseen. The remastered version is being promoted as a darker, more intense cut, complete with uncensored material and additional sequences omitted from the theatrical release. However, Indian viewers will not find the film on Netflix. Instead, viewers in the country can stream it on JioHotstar, ending the days of confusion over digital release. The OTT edition is reported to have a running time of almost 3 hours and 52 minutes, which is slightly longer than the theatrical version, which clocked in at 3 hours and 49 minutes. The reports also reveal that playback cuts restore several dialogues, heightened violence and extended scenes that may have been cut during the theatrical certification process.The OTT release date of the film in India is yet to be announced.
