Riteish Deshmukh starrer historical drama ‘Raja Shivaji’ has been doing well at the box office. The film, which released on May 1, features Riteish in three main roles: writer, director and actor; and has been able to subtly balance between them all. Coming to its box office numbers, the latest trade reports show that the film took off in its second weekend. 10 on the day of collection at ‘Raja Shivaji’ counter
According to Sacnilk, on its 10th day i.e. second Sunday, the film added 6.80 crore nett to the tally. This number comes from 4,063 shows, and represents a 21.4% increase from Saturday’s 5.60 million net. This takes the net collection of ‘Raja Shivaji’ in India to 68.25 crore till now. Also, the gross collection in India has increased to 81.00 crores.
