Radhikka Madan will star in one of the episodes of ‘Lust Stories 3’. He has directed his story Shakun Batra and also features Ali Fazal as the male lead. Ahead of the premiere, the actor explained how he landed the role. He revealed that he is a big fan of the filmmaker.

According to Hindustan Times report, Radhikka Madan talked about joining Shakun Batra’s segment in “Lust Stories 3”. He revealed, “I have been a big fan of Shakun Batra’s work, and when I heard about the film, I applied for an audition for ‘Lust Stories 3’, and by God’s grace, I got it.”
Radhikka Madan says every project is a ‘do or die’ situation for her
Radhikka has shown her mettle in her previous projects, but in the same interview, the actress said she can’t “give an average performance”. He added: “There’s a lot of people lining up for any role. So if I give an average performance, I don’t have anyone saying, ‘Okay; do this or do; We’ll give you something else.” Every job is a life-or-death situation for me. If I have to survive, I have to die; otherwise, I can’t.“
Radhikka Madan says she doesn’t have the ego to audition for a role
During the interview, Radhikka reveals that she has put in the work and done her “work” to get to where she is now. The actor added that he is at a point of choosing from the projects offered to him. He added, “If there’s another project where people don’t think of me, I ask for an audition, and I’m very happy with that. I don’t have that ego. I have a problem when I don’t get a chance to be heard, when I’m rejected just because of my last name.” If I get rejected after an audition, I can still sleep easy knowing I gave my 100%. Agar mujhe fir se line mein lagna pade (if I have to queue), I have no shame. I think I’m an actor and I’ll do whatever it takes.”

In the same interview, Radhikka Madan credited her seniors for paving the way for actors. She shared that she entered the industry at a time when female characters were “more developed” and producers were willing to put money into characters and female-led films.She said, “I consider myself lucky, and I want to acknowledge the women who paved the way for us, be it Kangana Ranaut, Vidya Balan, Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt, the taboo Mrs. and others. I want to carry that legacy forward, because that’s all I can do.”
