Candidates applying for Diploma Trainee Posts should possess a full-time three-year Diploma in relevant engineering disciplines such as Electrical, Civil, or Surveying from a recognized institution.For Junior Officer Trainee (HR), candidates must possess a graduate degree such as Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Business Management (BBM), or equivalent qualification.Candidates for Junior Officer Trainee (Finance and Accounts) should possess Intermediate Chartered Accountant (CA) or Intermediate Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) qualification.For Junior Technician Trainee (Survey), candidates must possess a two-year Industrial Training Institute (ITI) certificate in surveyor trade.

Upper age limit for applicants is 27 years as on 11 May 2026. Age relaxation will be given to certain category candidates as per government norms.
