Crosses the main peddi milestone at the box office
According to trade figures shared by Sacnilk, ‘Peddi’ crossed the Rs 100 crore nett mark in India within three days of its release. The film collected 28.85 crore nett on Day 3. That represented a 7.2 percent increase from Day 2’s gains.Day 3 collection came from 9,019 shows in different languages. After the latest update, the film’s net collection in India now stands at Rs 125.25 crore. The gross collection in India has reached 149.07 crores.
The number of foreigners continues to grow
‘Peddi’ collected 8 crores from overseas markets on Day 3. This took the gross overseas collection to 42 crores. Worldwide numbers also approached another milestone. Peddi has now earned a worldwide gross collection of 191.07 crores.The Telugu version was the highest contributor to the overall profit. It collected 25.60 crores on Tuesday. The Hindi version earned 2.80 crores, while the Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam versions fetched lesser shares.
Occupancy increases during the day
Audience response also improved as the day progressed. The Telugu version had an overall occupancy of 56.40 percent. Night shows had the highest attendance with 68.31 percent occupancy.The trend suggested stronger footfalls in subsequent screenings and helped the film’s rise on Day 3.

While the film continues to run in its theatres, discussions surrounding Janhvi Kapoor’s character Achiyyamma have remained active online. Fresh conversations emerged after alleged private chats shared by fan pages started circulating on social media platforms.India Today reports that the screenshots, which remain unverified, suggest that Janhvi raised concerns about certain camera angles during the shoot.A message purportedly written by the actor read: “I told him no coconut and waist shot (sic).” Another post also claimed that Ram Charan supported her concerns. “And Mr. Ram is very sweet. He also yelled at him and said, ‘You’re not going to take an angle like that from him again.’ So he got mad (sic)”
