‘Peddi’ advance booking is crossing impressive numbers
According to Sacnilk, ‘Peddi’ has already collected 6.61 crores through advance ticket sales across India. Including the blocked seats, the house booking value is around 11.05 crores. The film has sold over 2.76 lakh tickets for over 4,000 shows nationwide. Telugu speaking regions continue to lead the way in bookings. Andhra Pradesh alone has contributed around Rs 4.43 crore in advance sales, Telangana has added over Rs 1.23 crore. Trade circles expect the numbers to rise further as more venues open closer to the release of bookings.
The overseas market is showing a lot of support for Ram Charan
The foreign response has also been encouraging. North America, one of the biggest international markets for Telugu cinema, has offered excellent pre-sales for ‘Peddi’. The film has crossed the 7.6 million ($800,000) mark in advance bookings even before its release. Industry watchers believe that the film could have one of the strongest releases of Ram Charan’s overseas career. The actor’s growing global popularity after his recent success has increased the film’s reach and visibility among international audiences.

Apart from Ram Charan, ‘Peddi’ has Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead. The film shows Ram Charan in various shades including a sportsman, a cricketer and a wrestler. The supporting cast includes Shiv Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, Divyendu Sharma, Boman Irani, Ajay Ghosh and Tarak Ponnappa.
