El Sol de San Luis reports that Márquez was found unresponsive by authorities on May 30. Paramedics said he was dead before arriving at the scene. His death was confirmed by his father, Hercules Márquez Balderas, in an emotional post on social media.She posted a mirror selfie taken by her daughter, complete with edited angel wings, as she wrote in Spanish in the caption: “My treasure, my beautiful daughter Paola Márquez, has gone before us. Today, a part of my life has remained. God bless you and keep you in a beautiful place, my daughter. One day we will be together again. Rest in peace, my princess!’ He later shared another message on his account, revealing that his funeral mass was held on June 1.According to reports, authorities are investigating the matter and are treating the case as a possible suicide.
