NTA has released the provisional answer key for all sets of question papers for NEET UG 2026. Candidates appearing for the Undergraduate Medical Entrance Exam can now access and download the answer keys from the official website.Along with the provisional answer key, the NTA is also expected to release the scanned copies of the candidates’ OMR answer sheets soon. After the OMR sheets are uploaded, the objection window process will start, allowing students to challenge any answer or question they think is wrong.Candidates will be able to submit objections online through the official portal. The detailed schedule, including the deadline for raising challenges, will be announced by the agency separately.All objections submitted within the stipulated period will be reviewed by experts appointed by NTA. If a challenge is found correct, the correction will be incorporated in the final answer key. The final result will be prepared based on the revised answer key.

After the objection window opens, candidates can follow these steps:

  • Log in to the official portal.
  • Click on “Challenge Answer Key”.
  • Select the question(s) they want to challenge.
  • Upload supporting documents or evidence.
  • Pay the objection fee of Rs.200 per question.
  • Submit the challenge form online.
