Before that, he had already been charged with “first-degree residential burglary, as well as for wounding a spouse, cohabitant, fiance, boyfriend, girlfriend or child’s parent.”In court, Shehorn testified and described the encounter between Pasquale. As he stated in his testimony, “I locked the door and he started making holes in that door and opened it. I ran to the bathroom because I thought there was another lock on that door.”
