The National Testing Agency has conducted the NEET UG 2026 exam on May 3 across 551 cities in India and 14 cities abroad, covering more than 5,432 centres. According to official data, around 22.79 lakh candidates had registered for the exam this year.After the exams, NTA is expected to release the provisional answer key of NEET UG 2026 on its official website in the coming days. However, no exact date has been announced yet. As per the previous years, the answer key is usually released after one month of the exam along with the recorded answers of the candidates. It allows students to check their answers and estimate their possible score.After the provisional answer key is released, candidates will be given an opportunity to raise objections.
