NEET UG 2026: National Testing Agency (NTA) has warned National Eligible Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2026 candidates against fake question paper leak claims circulating on social media, especially Telegram.A few weeks after the National Level Medical Entrance Test, the agency said some fraudulent channels are falsely claiming to provide access to NEET UG 2026 question papers. Acting on several complaints, the NTA has warned students not to fall for such scams and said that strict legal action is being taken against those spreading false information.In a post on X, NTA said students should only rely on official updates available on NTA’s website and verified social media handles. The agency added that such fake channels are being blocked.
NEET UG 2026 Exam Dates
NEET UG 2026 will be conducted on May 3, 2026 (Sunday) in a single shift across the country. This exam is conducted for admission to undergraduate medical courses including MBBS, BDS, AYUSH, BSc Nursing, BVSC and AH, among other medical programs.
NEET UG 2026: Important Instructions for Candidates
NTA has also shared important guidelines for the exam day:
- Candidates should carry valid identity proof at the examination centre.
- Entry will not be allowed without proof of identity.
- Pens will be provided at the examination center to fill the OMR sheets.
- Students should wear simple and light clothes.
- Avoid sleeveless clothes, heavy accessories and bulky items.
