MPESB Recruitment 2026: Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board has released the schedule of skill test and document verification process for the recruitment of 500 Subedar and Assistant Sub Inspector posts. Candidates who qualify the written test will appear in Bhopal between 2nd June to 4th June 2026 for the next stage.The board has directed the shortlisted candidates to download the information letter and instructions issued on the official website esb.mp.gov.in before participating in the examination process. Candidates are also advised to report only on their allotted dates and carry self-attested photocopies and their Aadhaar card along with all required original documents.Skill test to include shorthand and typing testThe recruitment process involves separate skill assessment for different posts. Candidates appearing for the Stenography Test will be required to take shorthand dictation in Hindi or English depending on the language chosen during the application. Dictation will be given at a fixed speed, including 80 or 100 words per minute.After recording the dictation in shorthand script, the candidates have to transcribe and type the material on the computer within the allotted time. The exam will assess both shorthand performance and computer transcription skills.Candidates for the posts of Assistant Sub-Inspector will undergo Computer Typing Test. The test will assess typing speed and accuracy in Hindi and English. Hindi typing can be done using Remington Gale or InScript keyboard layout. Candidates will be required to type the given passage on the computer within a specified time without making any mistakes.Two centers in Bhopal were selected for the examination process.The board has designated two centers in Bhopal for skill testing and document verification process. These include Madan Maharaj College in Bhanpur’s Shivnagar Colony and Vaishnavi Institute of Technology and Science on Bhojpur Road in Mandu.The MP Employees Selection Board has made it clear that application for change of exam dates or allotted centers will not be entertained under any circumstances. Candidates are instructed to strictly follow the reporting schedule mentioned in their information letter.Aadhaar verification is mandatory during the exam.The board said that Aadhaar e-KYC will be verified during the examination and verification process. Candidates should carry their original Aadhaar card and ensure that their Aadhaar number is active and not locked.Along with identity verification, candidates have to produce original educational and other required certificates during document verification. Self-attested photocopies of all necessary documents should also be submitted to the examination centre.
