The final cast of ‘Boys Of Tommen’ has been officially confirmed, according to a recent report by Deadline. Newcomer Nancy Surridge has been cast in the role of Shannon Lynch, and Conor Sánchez, known for ‘Mix Tape’, will play the male lead, Johnny Kavanagh.James O’Donoghue, known for ‘Hardy Bucks’ and ‘Sanctuary: A Witch’s Tale’, will play Joey Lynch, the troubled child of the family. Sense & Sensibility’s Sophie McGibbon has landed the role to replace Aoife Molloy.

‘Boys of Tommen’ is the latest adaptation of a popular book series and will bring together Chloe Walsh’s first two books, ‘Binding 13’ and ‘Keeping 13’. The show is produced by the same studio that developed the hit series ‘The Summer I Turned Pretty’ starring Lola Tung, Christopher Briney and Gavin Casalegno. Not only that, but the creative behind the upcoming YA series adaptation of Temple Hill has also worked on his recently released viral series, ‘Off Campus’. The series will be directed by Brendan Canty, best known for his work on ‘Water On The Road’. Poppy Cogan, best known for ‘Good Girl’s Guide to Murder’, will adapt the book for the series.
What is the premise of ‘Boys of Tommen’
The story follows Shannon Lynch after she enters the private school Tommen College in Ballylaggin, Ireland. It tells the story of a “forbidden” romance between Lynch, a gifted and shy private school girl and star rugby player Kavanagh. While Lynch tries to hide his tumultuous personal life from everyone, Johnny is determined not to let anyone know about his career-ending injury.
