Several users have also pointed out that Mika looks a lot like a young Mahima Chaudhry from her Pardes days.Laughing about the viral trend, Mahima revealed that friends, family and fans are constantly sending clips and screenshots of the Hollywood actress.“Yes, I know. I love it, it’s wonderful. How can people from two different continents look so much alike,” Mahima told Hindustan Times.The actress added that the resemblance became such a talking point that some people assumed that Ariana had already started acting.“I know, some people called and asked if Ariana had debuted. I said, ‘No, not yet. There’s this campus thing that’s going viral.’ A lot of people sent it to me. It was pretty entertaining,” he shared.

Rather than being surprised by the comparisons, Mahima said she finds them adorable and complementary.“It’s flattering to see someone so cute and they say you look like each other. Definitely use it to your advantage. I’m geeked about the resemblance because I think it’s really cool. While speculation continues about a possible acting debut, Mahima clarified that Ariana is currently focused on figuring out her next steps.“She has just finished her 12th and has taken a year off to explore life,” the actor said.However, Mahima admitted that she would be happy if her daughter eventually chose a career in entertainment.“I definitely want to be in entertainment. I think there’s nothing better than entertaining people. Being a part of the entertainment industry in any way, because I’ve really enjoyed it. I like the industry,” he said.
