Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon has made a major real estate move in Mumbai. He, along with his sister Nupur Sanon and mother Geeta Sanon, sold four apartments in Andheri West for a combined price of Rs 8.9 crore. The person on the other side of the deal is none other than filmmaker and casting director Mukesh Chhabra.

According to Square Yards, the Sanon family originally purchased these four apartments between 2013 and 2017 for a total of about 4.31 million. With the final sale achieving €8.9 million, the family made a profit of around €4.6 million, with a capital gain of almost 107% over the nine to thirteen year holding period, making it a very rewarding long-term investment.

According to the property registry documents, all four transactions were registered on the same day, April 24, 2026. Two apartments, both located in Raheja Classique in Andheri West, were the largest in the plot. Each was sold for 3.23 million, with a built-up area of 654.23 square meters and a parking space. For each of these two units, the stamp duty paid was Rs.19.41 lakh and the registration charges were Rs.30,000.

As for the other two apartments in the same building, they were priced at 1.21 million euros each. Compared to the smaller ones, these units had a built up area of 246.06 sq ft. Each transaction attracted a stamp duty of Rs 7.29 lakh along with registration charges of Rs 30,000 per unit.

Reports indicate that Geeta Sanon was the first in the family to invest in property, snapping up two larger apartments in July 2013 at a combined price of Rs 1.40 crore. Several years later, in June 2017, sisters Kriti and Nupur added the remaining two units to the family portfolio at a cost of Rs 2.90 crore. In total, the family spent around Rs 4.31 crore on acquiring the four apartments.
