Every day I still learn something new about my body and myself. When I started as an actor in 2013, I was a brainless kid. Like many people, I thought the gym wasn’t for me. I neglected the basics that my body really needed.” She added: “After Mahanati in 2018, on a break, I thought, ‘Why not give it a try?’ I jumped into HIIT and cardio with a low-protein, low-carb diet. I lost 10kg in 9 months. I felt proud until people called me ‘skinny’ and said I’d had ‘operations’. I’ve always kept things natural, even with my face, so hearing that was a bit of a turn-on, all my work under the knife because they put it and oh!In her statement, she also said: “Finally, in 2020, I turned to yoga. It changed everything. It gave me balance, confidence and a way to take care of myself that felt really good. But over time I realized the truth: the gym worked! I wasn’t doing it the right way. And I understood how crucial strength training is. Now, I anchor my strength training, cardio and animal training with my routine. calisthenics. This is honestly the best I’ve ever felt. The love and care I am giving my body now? I know it only gets better from here! What was once “not my cup of tea” has become non-negotiable for me today.”A proud Keerthy added, “I’m proud to see myself here today and yet people come up to me and give me my opinion on how I liked them better when I was a chubby kid. When you’re chubby they want you to be fit and when you’re skinny they just want you to be chubby. I wonder how the world works sometimes. It reminds me: if I ever need to break, pause or stop, but I’ll never give up PS: Thanks always have your back for giving”
