Jojo Siwa opens up about her horrific fall and eye infection
Jojo Siwa, whose real name is Joelle Joanie Siwa, explained how difficult her last few days have been. “Things aren’t going too well,” he said as he shared montages of his infections on the reel, before adding, “hopefully it will be fixed in the next few days.” Shaking her head, the reality star gushed: ‘I’ve got a bump on top of that. I’m a mess.”Describing the fall that resulted in the concussion on May 25, Siwa stated that he had a dramatic fall from the golf cart when the wheel locked and it spun out of control. The fall had such force that it landed on his neck and then hit his head. “They think it’s completely unrelated, but it’s a nasty eye infection,” he said of the infection, which occurred a couple of days after the fall. “I’ll be fine. It’s just going to take some time,” he added after visiting three doctors for different reasons, adding, “Even though I was unlucky, I’m very lucky with how I came out.” She also wrote a cheeky note in her caption to update her status: “The patch I found after a few days was a little difficult with concussion recovery, so wear it now if I need a full break!” Meanwhile, amid all the recovery, she celebrated one year of falling in love with her boyfriend, Chris Hughes, and shared a romantic message on May 27, 2026.
