JEE Mains 2026 Result: National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2026 Session 2 Results today on 20 April 2026. Candidates who appeared for Bachelor of Engineering (BE). And Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) papers can now check and download their scorecards from the official JEE Main website, which is jeemain.nta.nic.in.Around 11.23 lakh candidates have obtained the Session 2 scores and ranks. Candidates have to login using their password or their application number with date of birth to access the result.NTA has also released the final answer key along with the results. Notably, two questions from the Physics section of the morning shift of April 4 have been omitted.
JEE Main 2026 Session 2 Exam details
Session 2 exam was conducted from 2nd April to 8th April in two shifts daily. The exam was held at centers in 304 cities in India and 14 cities abroad. More than 11 lakh candidates appeared for this session.Only the top 2.5 lakh candidates, based on combined performance in Session 1 and Session 2, will be eligible to appear in JEE Advanced. This exam is conducted for admission to engineering programs. Indian Institute of Technology (IITs).

Session 1 details
The JEE Main 2026 Session 1 exam was held from January 21 to January 29. The result of this session was declared on February 16, in which more than 1.3 lakh candidates appeared.Candidates are advised to keep their score cards safe, as they will be required during the counseling and admission process.
