The RR skipper pulled his hamstring during the game and was unable to field in the second innings, with Jaiswal stepping in to lead the side for the remainder of the match. However, Saturday’s match is the first time that Jaiswal has officially captained Rajasthan Royals since the start of the game. On the toss, Jaiswal confirmed that Prag is expected to return soon. “We are going to bowl first. I think the wicket is quite good and we want to chase it. Ryan pulled his hamstring in the last game, so I think he will be back soon,” Jaiswal said. RR also made two changes to their playing XI, bringing back Shimron Hetmyer and Yash Raj Panja for the crucial match. Meanwhile, Shibman Gill admitted that Gujarat Titans would also have preferred to bowl first after losing the toss. GT made one change, with Prasad Krishna returning to the team in place of Manav Sothar.
