New Delhi: Former India international cricketer Mohammad Kaif praised Virat Kohli for the RCB star crossing 300. IPL sixes, highlighting how his development as a T20 batsman reflected adaptation rather than natural power hitting. On X (formerly Twitter), Kaif wrote, “Virat Kohli taking his IPL6 tally to 303 is an incredible feat. Imagine Gayle with 360 and Rohit with 310. Kohli is not a natural sixer but has worked on his game to meet the demands of the modern game.Kohli once again showed evolution in action during RCB’s five-wicket win over Gujarat Titans, where he scored a fluent 81 while Devdutt Padikal scored 55.
