Sunrisers Hyderabad once again turned the batting into complete destruction mode as they posted 255 for 4 against Royal Challengers Bengaluru in Hyderabad, continuing their record-breaking IPL 2026 campaign. It was SRH’s second highest score against RCB after the incredible score of 287 for 3 in Bengaluru during IPL 2024. More importantly, he further cemented Hyderabad’s reputation as the most explosive batsman in IPL history. With this innings, SRH registered their ninth 200-plus total in IPL 2026, the most by any team in a single season. There was power from the carnage side Abhishek Sharma, Ishan Kishan And Heinrich Klassen. Abhishek scored 56 off just 22 balls and dismissed his former SRH teammate. Bhuvneshwar Kumar in the early innings. Kishan then opened the attack with a brilliant 79 off 44 balls, before Klaasen wreaked havoc with 51 off 24 balls. Klaasen’s strike against Josh Hazlewood completely changed the momentum, with South Africa scuppering RCB’s plans for 27 runs in an over. Hyderabad finally finished with 20 fours and 16 sixes, proving yet again why their fearless batting approach has become the biggest talking point of IPL 2026.
