That was the only positive in the game. In terms of our bowling unit, I think I missed my partner Kuldeep tonight.”On whether 155 was a competitive total, Aksar said, “Yes obviously. The way the wicket played in the first innings, we felt 155 was a really good score on the board. But I felt we played with 8 batsmen, so we were 10-15 runs short.”“I felt the wicket was good in the second innings. I felt the set batsmen made the difference honestly. When a set batsman bats in the middle, they make sure the wicket looks flat. I still felt the wicket had something for the bowlers.”On the batting conditions for the new players, the DC skipper said, “It was not easy for the new batsmen to bat. You know the ball was held on the surface, it was difficult for the new batsmen but once you are set you can take the game away from the opposition and a clear example is in front of you – Sanju Samson”.
