When asked if the gesture was deliberately planned for publicity, Saif immediately denied it and laughed off the speculation. “No, of course not. I don’t know. Yeah, I mean, they asked me to explain later,” he shared. “I said good luck to the movie”Explaining the now-viral gesture, Saif said he was not treating the poster as a representation of himself, but as a symbol of the entire film and the team behind it. “I said good luck to the movie. And I saw this big poster and I said, good luck to everyone,” he explained. The actor added that the action happened instinctively at the time. “I didn’t see it as me.
