According to property records, Jackman and Furness bought the apartment together in 2008 for US$21.1 million, and still own it together. The sale is understood to be part of their divorce settlement.Located in Manhattan’s posh West Village, the property occupies the 8th, 9th, and 10th floors of a 15-story building, and is 1,021 square feet. It offers expansive views of the Hudson River and the Manhattan skyline through floor-to-ceiling windows.On the 10th floor is a luxurious master bedroom suite with study, spa, sauna and dressing rooms. The remaining levels include spacious living rooms, library, guest bedroom, recreation room and professional gourmet kitchen. Building amenities include a fitness center, full-time concierge and concierge service.Furness, meanwhile, is said to have bought Jackman’s stake in another Manhattan property, with the couple buying a three-bedroom penthouse in 2022 for AUD$31.6 million. That property was not listed for sale, but underwent a quiet transfer of ownership as part of the same settlement process.
